In this one-hour session, I will hear your needs and create a nutrient-dense, high-satiety meal plan for you. Following the session, your flexitarian meal plan will allow you to get 30g of protein at each meal, 25g of fibre and eat 30 plants a week. This is the most effective and obvious thing you can do right now to support your wellness journey.
